Replacement Designed specifically for the Brandt Alpha shaker, Replacement Brandt Alpha screens are system matched to provide the highest shaker performance, as well as longevity of equipment, wear items and screens. Offered in both patented Premium X-Tended Life (PXL) as well as Rectangular Heavy Duty (RHD) cloths, Replacement Brandt Alpha screens combine exceptional cuttings removal performance with extended life. Coupled with the Alpha shaker, Replacement Brandt Alpha screens allow for better solids removal efficiency, higher process capacity and drier discharge cuttings than other high-performance shakers. This means lower overall operational costs for the end user.

KET-ALP Replacement Alpha screens are lightweight and interlocking, providing for quick and easy screen changes by a single operator. The screens are all front loaded, improving HSE and negating the need to reach into the shaker to change a screen. Replacement Brandt Alpha screens incorporate a seal to prevent solids bypass and are compliant to API RP 13C. Our Company also offers screen plugs for the Replacement Alpha screens, allowing for sealing of damaged cells; further extending the life of the screens.
